What can you expect

1. Once you make the decision to be represented by our attorney and pay your legal fees, we will assist you in getting a current copy of your credit reports. Our staff member will also assist you in answering questions about the issues on your report needed by the attorney. The attorney will take over from that point. With their experience, they know exactly what approach and particular sections of the law they will apply to your case.

2. You will begin to receive correspondence from the three credit bureaus in approximately 30-40 days thereafter, showing the results of the investigation of issues sent by your attorney. You will probably already see positive results in that report, but your attorney is not finished. Send those reports directly back to our offices.

3. Your attorney will then make decisions on further legal challenges if there are remaining negative items. These challenges and demands go directly to creditors in some circumstances.

4. In most cases the process will take 6 to 12 months, but you begin to see positive results in as little as 60 - 90 days. It is a very short time period considering the many years you would have to wait by taking no action at all.

5. If there is a problem remaining after this, the attorney will take every legal avenue on your behalf to resolve items on your credit file. There can be items remaining, but your attorney will make sure that they are reported absolutely correct. Even though we cannot guarantee 100% deletion of all negatives in every case, you will see a substantial improvement in your credit score and profile.
